Located near North 5th Street and the 215 Beltway, Village 2 will cover six parcels and feature a mix of townhomes and single-family detached residences. This ambitious project represents another exciting step in the continued growth of North Las Vegas, long recognized as one of the fastest-developing areas in the valley.
Village 2 Highlights: What’s Planned
- Largest Parcel:
403 lots across 35.32 acres, located east of North 5th Street and Sandstone Ranch Parkway.- Townhomes: Four to six attached two-story units, inspired by KB Home’s popular designs in Inspirada.
